Orders may be made by  Telephone  or Postal Service.   Paying by Paypal is completely safe and secure as possible.
 
 

Checks must be received and cleared by our bank before orders can be shipped.  We will however, begin working on any special orders or custom-made ritual robe items while waiting for clearance.

1.  Measure your standing body  from floor to top of your head   Fill in that number in "Height" section of order form.
2.  Measure your chest around fullest part.  Fill in that number in "Chest" section of order form.
3.  Measure you neck.  Fill in that number in "Neck" section of order form.
4.  Hold your arms straight out to the sides, like the outstretched wings of a bird.  Measure from middle knuckle of left hand to middle knuckle of right hand,  Fill in that number in "K to K" section of order form.
5.  Don't forget to specify colors.
6.  NOTE: For Tabbards, only the height measurement is needed.
 
 

Prices are subject to change without notice, but  we will do our best to give you adequate warning.  We reserve the right to make substitutions of similar equally priced items.
 
 

Every effort will be made to ship your order as soon as possible, not to exceed 30 days without contacting you,  EXCEPT  in the case of custom-made ritual robes or specially ordered items; which can take 4-6 weeks.

Your order will be shipped properly insured to its full value.  It is very important that you take note of any external damage to your package when you receive it,  opening and checking the contents in the presence of the delivery agent.    In case of damage, fill out the damage report supplied by the shipper, and contact us as soon as possible.

Should you discover the external or any internal damage AFTER the delivery has been made, please contact the shipper by telephone within 2 days, to make the report of damages, and contact us by telephone, fax or e-mail within the same two days.

In the case of damaged merchandise NOT caused by shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for its return and replacement.

All orders will be shipped by UPS or USPS Insured Priority Mail.   If you give a Post Office Box,  your order will be mailed by USPS Insured Priority Mail only.

Personal or Business check payments must be accompanied with State Drivers License information.

On orders paid with personal or business checks, shipping will be held until your check clears our bank.(30 Days)

Returned checks will be charged a $20.00 returned check fee.  Merchandise cannot be shipped until this service charge is paid.

International orders must be paid by Paypal.

California residents must add 8.25% sales tax to total cost of merchandise.

We accept Paypal, or checks or money orders may be sent to us by mail.
 

All orders must be prepaid.

There will be a $20.00 service charge on all returned checks.
 
 

All sales are final.  You may, however, return for store credit, any item properly returned,  in it's original condition within 10 days of receipt.  Please call, fax or e-mail for return authorization number
