Tom was born in Logansport, Indiana  on April12, 1959, to Sharon Hizer Parker and Tom Parker. First Years were spent in Kewanna with Great Grandparents, Tom and Golda Carter and in Clarksville, Tennessee while father served at the Fort Cambell Kentucky Paratrooper Army Base.  Father was in 101st  Army Airborne Division,  Company 502
